Corey Lee is Of Counsel to RBL Partners. Corey obtained his B.A. from NYU's Stern School of Business with a Concentration in Finance and International Business and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he served as Associate Editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law. During law school, Corey served as a summer clerk for the Honorable William H. Walls, Federal District Court Judge in Newark, New Jersey. Corey also worked as a summer associate at Dickstein Shapiro. After his studies at NYU, Corey worked as an economic legislative assistant for the late New Jersey Senator, the Honorable Frank Lautenberg.

Corey is the founder and managing partner of C.T. Lee & Associates. He has experience in the areas of immigration law, business law, and litigation. Corey began his legal career practicing immigration law and personal injury litigation. He soon incorporated business law and other types of litigation into his practice after he saw the great need for these services from his many immigrant clients.

Corey’s wide ranging and extensive, immigration law experience includes transactional matters such as H1-B, L-1, EB-5, O-1, U-visas, S-visas, and family based petitions. He also regularly appears in immigration court for deportation defense hearings. Corey has written appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and federal appeals to several circuit courts.

Corey’s litigation experience includes cases involving commercial litigation, car accidents, slip and falls, police brutality, medical malpractice, and worker’s compensation. He has successfully settled and obtained favorable judgments for his clients.

Corey has also assisted business owners in various types of business law matters in New York and New Jersey. These include corporate formation, drafting of corporate documents, partnership formation, drafting of partnership documents, and generally consulting clients on business decisions.
