Mr. Punjabi leads the firm's Japan / India Advisory business.

Mr. Punjabi brings over three decades of experience in the real estate field, specifically in Commercial, Hospitality, and Residential Development, Acquisitions and Leasing. Mr. Punjabi has worked extensively on the Design and Planning of several real estate and trade related projects, including Financial Viability studies and Land Acquisition in India, Mauritius, Hong Kong, and Japan. Mr. Punjabi also has vast experience working with financial institutions and legal experts in the areas of distressed assets and conflict resolution and is often called on to act as an advisor and liaison between multiple stakeholders such as, developers, brokers, architects, financial institutions, attorneys, contractors, and local government bodies.

Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Punjabi has served as Vice President, Executive Director, and CEO of various corporations across Asia.
