The requirement to file Form AR-11 online is not new and unrelated to the new registration requirement but should still be strictly complied with particularly in light of USCIS’ recent stance on enforcement and compliance with all relevant immigration regulations. Note: all aliens in the United States must report any change of address to USCIS within 10 days of moving. This reporting requirement does not apply to A and G visa holders and visa waiver (ESTA) visitors.[1]
