Genki is an Attorney in the firm's Immigration, Corporate, and Real Estate practice areas.

Genki advises US and foreign corporations on all aspects of US immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. Genki has extensive experience in various nonimmigrant categories, including B, E, H, J, L, O, and TN visa categories. He represents clients in a wide range of industries, including information technology, banking, pharmaceutical, and hospitality. He assists businesses of various sizes, including technology start-ups and Fortune 500 companies.

Genki also serves as outside general counsel to several US companies, regularly advising management on general commercial matters, including structuring and negotiating employment agreements, shareholder agreements, and other general corporate matters.

Genki is also experienced in the representation of commercial tenants in the leasing of office and retail space. Genki’s experience includes drafting and negotiating leases and other real estate related transactions.

Genki began his career at global investment banking firms in New York City and Tokyo, including BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse Group and the Nomura Group.
