USCIS recently announced that it would need to select additional registrations to reach the FY 2024 H1B numerical allocations. USCIS has now randomly selected, from the remaining FY 2024 registrations properly submitted, a sufficient number of registrations projected as needed to reach the cap, and have notified all prospective petitioners with selected registrations from this round of selection that they are eligible to file an H-1B cap-subject petition for the beneficiary named in the applicable selected registrations.
